Refunds, Renewals and Cancellation

Refunds and any billing question are handled by a person. Email support@latentworx.com or use the contact form.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a card to start it, and nothing is charged unless a card is added. If the trial ends with no card on file, your account loses access, but your notes stay yours — readable, exportable and deletable on request.

Billing is monthly only. Founder is $69.99 a month for the first ten accounts, and the price stays the same for as long as that subscription stays active. Solo is $99.99 a month. Neither plan caps the number of notes you write. See current pricing.

Nothing is charged until you add a card. Adding a card is how you agree to a paid subscription, and it then renews automatically each month. A trial with no card is never charged. Before your first charge after a trial, and before each monthly renewal, our payment provider (Stripe) emails a reminder to your account email address.

Cancel from the billing page in the app, which opens our payment provider’s customer portal. If you would rather not use it, email support@latentworx.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops future charges.

Ask and you get one. A refund requested within 7 days of the charge is full; after 7 days it is prorated for the unused part of the billing period. Ask by emailing support@latentworx.com or through the contact form; we process refunds by hand.
